Your membership base is given a supplier management tool that can automatically manage their tour, attraction, activity and/or ticketed inventory. They manage and update the inventory so you don’t have to. You negotiate rates with each supplier for your own sales force.
3. VICs
Visitor Information Centers will gain access to all of your members inventory through an ‘offline’ or ‘in house’ system. This system will work as a POS system as well as call center sales solution. Each ticket sold will instantly be sent through to the supplier, and a voucher will be emailed or printed and given to the guest. Detailed tracking of who is selling what is also available. No expensive hardware is required, just your existing PCs with an Internet connection!
4. Marketers
